Isaac Weston is a Bay of Plenty artist who's design process incorporates fire, water, air and acids to reveal the hidden elements of metal. Light, darkness, texture and vivid patinas emerge through this alchemy. Isaac also enjoys the physical aspects of working with heavy metals and drawing out the organic beauty of this medium. Isaac's creative expression ranges from sculpture to art panels. He produces high quality gallery and commission pieces and enjoys working closely with his clients to capture their vision.
Isaac's art works feature in permanent public gardens at the Tauranga Historic Village, Tauranga Racecourse and the Te Puna Quarry Park. They has also appeared in magazines, online news stories and TV. One of his 1.6mt Copper Patina Art Circles featured in the winning lounge room on The Block NZ 2021.
He has been a guest artist at the Bay of Plenty Garden and Art Festival for 2018 and 2020 and will appear again in 2022.
